Change of mind/Returns- There is No refund for change of mind, however if the product is sent back at buyers' expense unopened, not damaged or used, we are happy to exchange your purchase if you have simply brought the wrong product. 

Return Process: Once the item has been returned in unused, non-damaged/unopened condition, we will exchange it within 48hours. You will receive a new tracking number upon posting. 

If your product is damaged upon delivery, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange. Once these items have been postage they fall under Australian Post, and if you have chosen to insure your purchase. But please know we take the utmost care with packing your purchases.
